on aug. 4, dsic held 2021 young intellectual symposium. dsic’s leaders mr. yang zhizhong and mr. zheng wei communicated with 22 young intellectual representatives from different departments face to face and encouraged dsic’s young people to hug the new era, practice the new concept and show the new action on their way to realize dsic’s high quality development.
in the symposium, 22 young intellectual representatives from such positions as construction crew, designer, technologist, planner and salesman made an exchange on how to have their work well done, innovate the management and promote the enterprise’s high quality development combined with their positions. they discussed their feelings, experience, opinions and suggestions and spoke out freely, and dsic’s leaders communicated with young people from time to time under enthusiastic atmosphere.
mr. yang zhizhong asked young people’s salary, work and occupational development details with concern, cared for their actual confusions in daily work very much and instructed relevant departments to provide solutions as soon as possible. mr. yang zhizhong introduced dsic’s future development planning to young people in detail. he pointed out that, young people are vigorous, aggressive and good at thinking. he was also very delighted to see various young people to give their unique opinions and thinking in the communication. focusing on young people’s growth, he put forward two hopes earnestly:
one hope is to be conscious of their historic responsibilities fully. young talents are dsic’s first element for core competitiveness. no matter which field of work young people are engaged in, they shall be conscious that dsic’s in the new stage of transformation development fully, undertake important historic responsibilities for revitalization of the enterprise and strengthening of the army forces with high sense of responsibilities and sense of historic mission and put personal development into dsic’s future development.
another hope is to correct the attitude and pay attention to details. attitude is everything and details determine success or failure. young people shall hold the attitude of passion and devotion to work and deal with work resiliently and finish work target with perseverant attitude. to have details well done is to enable everyone to not only possess good executive capacity, but also be good at thinking and study, thus work will be well done.
mr. zheng wei affirmed young people’s wonderful speeches. he said that, young intellectuals are capable, passionate, knowledgeable and thoughtful. when there are some problems in work, they have scientific spirit to be dare to question. if one enterprise is wanted to develop well, it will require all the staff to possess this kind of scientific spirit actually. i hope you can insist on scientific spirit, always hold the passion and enthusiasm to provide solutions and give questions, discoveries, solutions and improvements consistently, which will become a strong power to promote enterprise development.
the whole symposium was full of young intellectuals’ deep love to dsic. based on different positions, everyone expressed their profound opinions and thinking. they showed that, under new situation of opening new development layout and planning high quality development in new phase, dsic will face with challenges bravely, cherish opportunities, strengthen team spirit, improve professional qualities and skills and improve themselves endlessly in actual work in the style of being dedicated, diligent, steady and rigorous, making contributions to dsic’s high quality development.
