dsic held a meeting for the 2016th session of graduates on aug. 3, where more than 270 fresh graduates attended the meeting while the excellent probationers of the 2015th session and graduates’ representative of the 2016th session gave a speech separately. dsic gm yu fengping presented the meeting to place an earnest expectation on new employees.
yu pointed out in his talk, if an enterprise wants to sustain a stable development, the leading force is top-quality talents. new employees have replenished dsic with new blood, and shall shoulder important tasks for future development of the enterprise. since current market terrain is still austere, and challenge and opportunity faced by dsic co-exist, new employees should make a down-to-earth strive and overcome the difficulties so as to constantly push dsic forward. there will be a different growth orientation due to different choice of life. he thanked new employees for having selected dsic, wishing they could make a hard struggle, keep forging ahead and realize their value of life in the first-class platform among the domestic shipbuilding enterprises.
reviewing his own growth history, yu also brought forward 6 requests: first, need a hard-working spirit; second, learn actively and promote self awareness; third, have a sense of duty and attitude towards being perfect, serious and responsible for work, and trying best for good job; fourth, set up a manner of working to use your wits to solve the problems by inferences, and cultivate divergent thinking habit ; fifth, dare to play, bold to change and adept to innovate with a courage of shouldering, exploration and innovation; last, treasure opportunity, sharpen awareness, and study hard and keep growing up so as to contribute your youth and endeavor to dsic’s development.
