on september 11, the renewal ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement on science and technology between steel construction company of dsic and jari technology of 716 institute was held at the headquarters of dsic. yin xuelin, deputy general manager of dsic, yu xiaojiang, deputy director of 716 institute, and relevant directors of both sides attended the signing ceremony. the representatives of both sides signed the cooperation agreement respectively.
according to the agreement, the two sides will carry out a new round of cooperation closely around the research and development of intelligent equipment in shipbuilding, national scientific research projects, intelligent lighting system solutions and other projects, so as to continuously promote the informatization and intelligence of shipbuilding in china.
since the first signing of strategic cooperation in 2016, the two sides have made remarkable achievements in many scientific research projects, such as "integrated standardization of intelligent manufacturing", "welding machine group control system", "intelligent warehouse" and "portable welding robot". among them, 2 sets of large assembly t-section butt welding robots in the digital workshop project have been completed. the welding machine group control management system was jointly developed and promoted in dsic and other shipbuilding enterprises. the segmented double arm welding robot was developed for the multi-reinforcement components of section group erection on ship, and the simultaneous welding of irregular multi-reinforcement components was completed. the two standards of general technical requirements for intelligent welding workshop of large ships and technical requirements for plane segmentation of intelligent welding workshop of large ships, which the two sides participated in compiling, passed the national acceptance successfully. the two sides have participated in the standardization work of the project of "design process simulation and information integration application standard and test verification research for large ships", undertaken the sub-subject of generic technology research project on key technology of intelligent manufacturing -- development and application of portable middle assembly welding robots, and completed the production line assembly of byd workshop in shenzhen.
in the next step, the two sides will give full play to their respective superior resources, further deepen cooperation and jointly develop more leading products of intelligent shipbuilding.
